Well Boys! A win at last and what a win!!!!!!!!!!!

Today you played the league leaders and showed real character and determination to comeback the way you did.

In my teamtalk at the start I asked for two halves the same as the second half last week and you boys did not disappoint me.

After 10 mins of good pressure and good chances you were unfortunate to be 2 - nil down we then lost a little bit of composure and went in 4 - nil down at half time. 

The second half started with a BANG! Some big tackles, noticably Callum but the comeback was on. The passing and movement going forward is improving all the time and today we were looking for team mates to pass to and making runs for each other, I lost count of the number of crosses that went into the box from Joe, James, Broggy and Byrce.

We certainly had the "Cougars share" of the shots on goal.

Determined defending and concentration supported the teams attacking ability. Mitch, Nathan, Ollie and Callum much better teamwork this week and only conceeding one goal in the second half speaks volumes for the performance.

Boys, hopefully this result will show you that you can win and should approach every match with the same belief. I can not stress enough that you can do this with the level of comitment and determination you showed today. BELIEVE in yourselves.

Well done to Byrce for Man of the Match and 6 goals. I support Coach Steve`s comments at the end that you all were Man of the Match in the second half.
