After such a long lay off it was nice to get back to business and produce a win in the cup!

We conceeded an early goal to a good passing team that are above us in the league!

But we woke up, started to compete and pass the ball better and got our rewards. At times we relied on individuals but as the match progressed we got back into our stride and competed as a team.

You all put in excellent performances, Mitch in goal showed more positiveness, Nathan just in front getting his foot in when needed. Midfielders Joe, James, Broggy, Sam and Ollie all put in a battling performances both in attack and in defense and finally Bryce up front doing what he does best, Scoring! and tracking back when needed.

Three main highlights, Broggys run with the ball beating at least four players from his own area through skill and determination to set up Byrce for a shot at goal. Secondly Broggys pass through ball from midfield for Bryce to run clear. These helped him earn Man of the Match, well done Broggy.

Third and final, scoring his first goal this season at the far post, poacher Ollie who`s second half performance was great.
