This was a very hard fought victory on a soggy pitch.

We recovered well from going 2-0 down early on and played really well to go in at half time 5-2 up. Jaydon took his first half hattrick well and was always in the right place at the right time. Ben Fender and Matthew were the pick of our players, working tirelessly througout the whole match and both deserved their goals. For the first 20 minutes of the second half it was a different story and we weathered a lot of pressure from Long Bennington, with a couple of our players looking like they thought we had won it by half time. But it took Long Bennington's equaliser to finally get us going - and Matts excellent corner was swept in by Jaydon for his fourth goal to give us the points. The opposition manager gave Jaydon the man of the match.

Well played also to the Durham twins from Long Bennington, who scored all 5 goals between them. They caused us problems all match, not least because they were identical !
