We knew this game would be tough against free scoring Newark Town, but for the first 20 minutes we more than held our own and were only a goal down. Unfortunately we then we had a bad 5 minutes leading up to half time and Newark took all their chances well, but our luck was clearly out with some of the goals. But I was impressed how we got our chins back up after half time and again matched Newark for the first 15 minutes.

The final score does not reflect the effort we put into this match, with Dan and Josh performing well at the back - but yet again Wilf was magnificent and was nominated man of the match (again !!) by the opposition manager.

Champagne moment ? - withoutout a doubt Wilfs fantastic reaction save in the second half to tip the ball over the bar, eat your heart out David James.
